These Terms of Sale govern all online purchases of goods and services (collectively, “Products”) from Ministry of Devotions Pte Ltd ("we", "us") through our website, Lourdes-Shrine.org. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.
By submitting a prayer request, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the request. If you provide personal data of others, you confirm you have their consent.
We will deliver your prayer request to the Lourdes Grotto within one month of your successful purchase, barring unforeseen circumstances. If delivery to the Lourdes Grotto is not possible, we will deliver it to another shrine of our choice at a later date.
The prayer request service is deemed "performed" once submitted, and payment is non-refundable, unless local law stipulates otherwise.
We make every effort to describe and display goods on the Website as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are accurate, complete, or error-free.
For Prayer Requests: We will provide you with photographs of your prayer request being placed at the Lourdes Grotto (as long as photography is allowed) in your designated email. If photography is prohibited, we will provide other proof of delivery, or your payment will be refunded.
For Goods: We will provide a tracking number or delivery confirmation upon shipment. We are not responsible for the goods once they are handed over to the courier. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and address any issues directly with the courier.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments shall be in US dollars.
You agree to provide accurate and current purchase and account information. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect, including any applicable shipping fees, sales tax, and customs/VAT charges. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing.
Where you make a voluntary contribution under the “Pay-what-you-can” category, the payment is not tax-deductible. as we are not a charity.
You must adhere to our return policy as specified on the Website. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.
As stated above, the Prayer Request delivery service is non-refundable once performed.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution process outlined in our main Website Terms of Use.
