For celebrations and occasions on earth you give each other gifts. It is a present to show a favor towards someone or as a nice gesture. If you know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will I give good gifts to those who ask Me. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father of lights.
The free and perfect gift of God is eternal life in Jesus Christ your Lord. I save all those who ask. This is the hope of eternal life that I promised before the ages began. It is the grace I provide through faith.
It is a deep love that I have gave to you that you should be called children of God. So make a joyful noise. Serve Me with gladness. Know that I am God and be thankful for My perfect gift.
For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
