When you neglect to spend time with Me, you begin to slip and fall. You take on worldly characteristics.
A caterpillar is wrapped up in himself and his own survival. He looks no further than existing day to day. He cannot even fathom becoming anything more than he already is. As he begins to transform, however, wonderful things happen.
The same is true of you. When you renew your mind by spending time in My presence, you transform. You will flourish into a beautiful butterfly. You become more like Me because you will radiate from my glory having been in my midst. You will be able to keep your walk steady and upright. Renew your mind so that it does not get stale but so that it is stayed on Me. I will change you and you shall take flight.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
