When you are in right in the middle of temptation, you can’t (or don’t) always run to the closest Bible to look up a good word to get you through the situation at hand. When times are tough, you must rely on your spirit to point you to My Spirit. I will bring to mind those things you have etched in your heart.
Think of when you have lost the contact list in your phone. Do you remember how helpless you felt? Some phone numbers, however, came to mind for you had memorized them.
That is why it is important to memorize My Word and to recite it and reflect on it, day and night. When temptation or hardships come along, you will have My Word hidden in your heart and in your spirit. Then…you will remember to call on Me!
I have hidden Your Word in my heart that I might not sin against You.
