To blindly follow is not an easy task but this is what I ask of you.
If you have ever had a new puppy, you know what it’s like to dawn the leash. The puppy will buck and do everything in his power to prevent the leash from going around his neck. You, the leader, are trying to convince him that the leash is a good thing for once it is secured, the two of you can go on long walks together and go to wonderful places like the park or hiking up a mountain. Still, it’s difficult to get the pup to understand the concept that being guided is a good thing with many benefits.
The same is true of you and your walk with Me. Sometimes it’s hard for you to understand that when you follow Me and let Me guide you, you will be led to all new heights. Trust Me and let Me to those places that I have in mind for you.
