Some who have became believers still live life struggling with sin. You are letting sin rule your bodies and obeying it’s evil longings. Don’t give in to the sin. Instead, give yourself to Me. When you sin it’s like you are a slave to sin. Be a slave that obeys Me instead.
Consider yourself to be dead as far as sin is concerned. Put on your new self. You are a new creation. The old has passed away and new things have come. You have been renewed to a new knowledge according to My image and have been created in righteousness and Holiness of the truth.
You have been buried with Me through baptism to death and raised from the dead to walk in the newness of life. Great is My faithfulness.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: The old has gone, the new is here!
