Your heartaches bring depression. Your broken spirit saps your energy. Every day seems to bring trouble. You may weep now but soon you will laugh. There is a season for everything. There is a time for everything under heaven. Everything is ordered by Me.
I am sovereign and all of your life is under My providence. So there is a time to weep and a time to laugh. Weeping may endure for a night but joy comes in the morning. Then your mouths will be filled with laughter and your tongues with a joyful song.
I will once again fill you with laughter and shouts of joy. A happy heart makes your face cheerful and provides a continual feast. A crushed spirit dries up your bones but a cheerful heart is good medicine for your soul.
