Pride goeth before a fall. For it is written in My Word. Do not become proud and neither exalt yourself and think you are above anyone. Stay humble and know that it is Me who gives you your strength and everything else that you possess.
When you see someone who is proud, know that their time is limited. Fame goes away as a fire loses its flame. Don’t be jealous of those who seem to be above the law for no man is. When evildoers boast, they get caught. There is no exception. Don’t feel you do not have to obey the law or you too will fall. Keep my commandments and the laws of the land so your days may be many and your troubles may be few.
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
