Sometimes you act as if you are embarrassed to be My child. You follow the crowd and do not acknowledge Me unless you are at church or with other Christians. Then you get around the lost and act worldly right along with them.
I am worthy to be lifted up all the time, not just when you please and when it fits your purposes. Take pride in being Mine. It doesn’t matter if others do not agree. If you are not ashamed of Me, I will not be ashamed of you.
Think if you had a child who was embarrassed to say you were his parent. How would that make you feel? It’s no different for Me. I am your Heavenly Father and am not ashamed of you so do not be ashamed of Me…ever!
For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes: first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.
